Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Gold Coast Capital. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gold Coast Capital. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Definitions
"User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform.
"Investment Plan" refers to the financial product offered, including Starter, Growth, and Premium packages.
"Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User to the Platform for the purpose of participating in an Investment Plan.
"Earnings" means the returns generated on an Investment Plan as specified.
"Payout" means the total amount a User receives at the end of an Investment Plan cycle, comprising the initial Deposit plus Earnings.
"Referral" means the act of a User inviting a new user to register via a unique referral code.
"Admin" means the administrative personnel authorized to manage the Platform.
Account Terms
To access and make use of the Platform and its services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your country or jurisdiction to enter into a legally binding agreement. By registering for an account, you confirm and represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements and that you have the full legal authority, right, and capacity to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions. During the registration process, users are expected to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. This may include personal details such as your name, contact information, payment details, or any other information requested by the Platform for account creation and verification purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information submitted remains valid and current at all times. If any of your details change after registration, you are encouraged to update your account information promptly to avoid interruptions, delays, or limitations in accessing Platform services and features. You are fully and solely responsible for maintaining the privacy, security, and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, verification codes, and any other security information associated with your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow unauthorized individuals to access or use your account. Any activity, transaction, instruction, or action carried out through your account shall be considered as having been authorized and performed by you, regardless of whether such activity was personally conducted by you or by another person who gained access to your account credentials. The Platform will not be held responsible for any loss, damages, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your account information. Users are advised to choose strong passwords, keep their login details secure, and notify the Platform immediately if they suspect unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or any compromise of their account security. In order to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for all users, the Platform reserves the full right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to temporarily suspend, restrict, limit, investigate, or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, security policies, or community guidelines. The Platform may also take such action if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of services, false information, unauthorized access, harmful behavior, or any activity considered inappropriate or potentially damaging to the Platform or its users. Such actions may be taken with or without prior warning, notice, or explanation, depending on the nature and severity of the situation. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Platform retains the authority to make decisions regarding account access, suspension, or termination whenever deemed necessary for operational, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Deposits
Deposits must be made using the approved payment methods listed on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you send the exact amount specified to the correct account number or address. Any underpayments or overpayments will not be eligible for the Investment Plan. Deposits are considered pending until confirmed by the Admin. The Platform reserves the right to reject any deposit for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal only after your investment has reached maturity. Withdrawal requests must be made through the Platform's designated interface. All withdrawals are subject to review and approval by the Admin. The Platform will process approved withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times may vary. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processing systems, network congestion, or other factors beyond its control. You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal account details; any loss resulting from incorrect information is solely your responsibility.
Referral Program
The Platform may offer referral bonuses to Users who invite new users via a unique referral code. Bonuses are credited only when the referred user completes a qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to change or termination at any time with notice. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral activity was fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated.
Fees & Charges
The Platform does not currently charge fees for deposits or withdrawals from Users. However, the Platform may introduce fees in the future upon reasonable notice. Any applicable third‑party transaction charges (e.g., blockchain gas fees, mobile money operator charges) are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and elements made available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, icons, designs, layouts, user interfaces, software, source code, databases, documents, audio clips, videos, trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, branding elements, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by, licensed to, or legally authorized for use by Gold Coast Capital and its respective licensors, partners, or content providers. These materials are protected under applicable copyright laws, trademark laws, intellectual property regulations, and other relevant national and international legal protections. The presence of any content or branding on the Platform does not grant users any ownership rights, licenses, or permissions beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, uploading, transmitting, distributing, displaying, selling, licensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without obtaining prior written authorization from Gold Coast Capital or the applicable rights holder. This restriction applies to all forms of use, whether for commercial purposes, personal gain, public distribution, competitive activities, or unauthorized promotional activities. Users may not remove, alter, or conceal any copyright notices, trademarks, logos, watermarks, or proprietary markings appearing on the Platform or within its content. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or exploitation of the Platform’s intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright laws, trademark laws, contractual obligations, and other applicable legal protections. Gold Coast Capital reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities found to be infringing upon its intellectual property rights or misusing any content associated with the Platform. By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to respect all intellectual property rights belonging to Gold Coast Capital and its licensors, and you further agree not to engage in any activity that may infringe upon, damage, dilute, or unlawfully exploit such rights in any manner whatsoever.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree that, while using the Platform and any of its related services, features, systems, or content, you will not participate in, attempt to perform, encourage, or assist in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, disruptive, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is intended to operate in a secure, fair, and reliable environment for all users, and any misuse of the Platform may result in disciplinary action, account suspension, permanent termination, or legal consequences where applicable. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Users may not use the Platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable local, regional, national, or international laws, regulations, legal requirements, or governmental policies. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that their activities on the Platform remain fully compliant with all laws applicable within their jurisdiction. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any section of the Platform, including but not limited to user accounts, administrative areas, databases, internal systems, servers, hosting environments, networks, APIs, or any other technology infrastructure connected to the Platform. Any attempt to bypass security systems, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with authentication procedures, or access restricted information without authorization is considered a serious violation of these Terms. You further agree not to upload, introduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise make available any malicious software, harmful code, or technologically damaging material through the Platform. This includes, without limitation, viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, ransomware, logic bombs, malware, corrupted files, harmful scripts, or any other technology intended to disrupt, damage, interfere with, monitor, or gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or devices. The use of automated systems or tools to interact with the Platform without prior written permission is also prohibited. This includes bots, automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers, data extraction software, artificial traffic generators, or similar technologies designed to access, monitor, collect, copy, or manipulate data or services provided by the Platform. Unauthorized automated activity may place unnecessary strain on system resources and negatively impact the experience of other users. Users must not engage in any conduct that interferes with, disrupts, damages, overloads, or negatively affects the normal operation, stability, performance, or security of the Platform or any systems and networks connected to it. Activities intended to manipulate platform functionality, degrade services, interrupt availability, or compromise infrastructure integrity are strictly forbidden. You also agree not to infringe upon, violate, misuse, or misappropriate any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, trademarks, copyrights, confidential information, or other legal rights belonging to Gold Coast Capital, its licensors, partners, users, or any third party. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of protected materials or content available on the Platform is prohibited. In addition, users may not engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, rules, or legal obligations of any kind. Gold Coast Capital reserves the full right to investigate suspected violations and take any action it considers appropriate, including restricting access, suspending accounts, permanently terminating services, reporting unlawful conduct to relevant authorities, or pursuing legal remedies where necessary. By continuing to access or use the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these conduct requirements and understand that any violation may result in immediate action without prior notice.
Indemnification
By accessing, using, or participating in the Platform and its related services, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gold Coast Capital, including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, service providers, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, obligations, costs, and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, attorneys’ fees, court costs, investigation expenses, and other professional or administrative costs arising directly or indirectly from your actions, conduct, or use of the Platform. This obligation applies to any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, misuse of, or inability to use the Platform, including any activities conducted through your account or by any person using your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Capital from any claims or liabilities resulting from your violation or alleged violation of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations, or any policies, guidelines, or rules associated with the Platform. This includes any breach of your representations, warranties, obligations, or responsibilities under these Terms. In addition, you agree to assume full responsibility for any claims arising from your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legally protected interests belonging to individuals, organizations, or entities. Where the Platform permits the submission, upload, posting, transmission, sharing, or distribution of content by users, including comments, messages, files, media, or other forms of User-Generated Content, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, reliability, and consequences of such content. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Capital against any claims, complaints, damages, disputes, or legal actions alleging that your User-Generated Content caused harm, infringement, loss, defamation, privacy violations, damages, or other injury to any third party. Gold Coast Capital reserves the right, at its own expense and discretion, to assume exclusive control and defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to cooperate fully, honestly, and reasonably with Gold Coast Capital in the defense, settlement, investigation, or resolution of such matters. Your indemnification obligations under these Terms shall survive the suspension, termination, expiration, or discontinuation of your account and your use of the Platform, regardless of the reason for such termination or discontinuation. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for your conduct, activities, and content associated with your use of the Platform, and you agree to protect Gold Coast Capital from any losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your actions or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination
The Platform reserves the full right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, limit, deactivate, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform or any of its services at any time and for any reason deemed inappropriate by Gold Coast Capital. Such action may be taken with or without prior notice, warning, explanation, or liability to you, particularly in situations involving suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions, security concerns, fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, operational risks, legal compliance requirements, or any conduct that the Platform believes may harm its operations, reputation, systems, users, or business interests. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that continued access to your account and the services provided is not guaranteed and remains subject to compliance with these Terms and all applicable rules, policies, and legal obligations. Gold Coast Capital retains the authority to investigate suspicious behavior, monitor account activity, and take immediate action whenever necessary to protect the integrity, security, stability, or lawful operation of the Platform. Upon suspension or termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform and its services shall immediately cease. You may lose access to your account, dashboard, investment plans, transaction history, earnings records, referral benefits, communications, or any other features associated with the Platform. Gold Coast Capital shall not be obligated to maintain, store, provide, or recover any account information, content, or data following termination unless otherwise required by applicable law. In certain cases, and solely at the discretion of the Platform, any remaining deposits, balances, or earnings that are not currently locked, committed, pending, disputed, under investigation, or subject to an active maturity period or investment plan may be reviewed for possible return or withdrawal eligibility. Any such return, refund, or release of funds may be subject to applicable processing charges, administrative fees, deductions, penalties, compliance reviews, transaction costs, or other adjustments deemed necessary by the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall obligate Gold Coast Capital to provide compensation, reimbursement, damages, or continued access to services following account suspension or termination. Users acknowledge that account termination may occur due to operational, security, compliance, technical, legal, or business reasons and agree that the Platform shall not be held liable for any resulting losses, interruptions, inconvenience, or damages arising from such actions. In addition, any provisions contained within these Terms and Conditions that, by their nature, are intended to survive suspension, expiration, or termination of your account or relationship with the Platform shall continue to remain fully valid and enforceable after termination. This includes, without limitation, provisions relating to ownership rights, intellectual property protections, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, dispute resolution, governing law, payment obligations, restrictions on use, and any other clauses intended to survive termination. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Gold Coast Capital retains complete authority regarding account access and service availability, and you accept that termination or suspension may occur at any time in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the full right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to update, revise, modify, amend, replace, suspend, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time whenever deemed necessary for operational, legal, regulatory, security, business, or other purposes. Such modifications may include changes to policies, platform rules, investment terms, user obligations, fees, services, eligibility requirements, security procedures, or any other provisions governing the use of the Platform. From time to time, updates may be made in order to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations, improvements to Platform functionality, adjustments to business operations, security enhancements, industry standards, or evolving service offerings. Users acknowledge and agree that Gold Coast Capital retains the unrestricted authority to determine when changes to these Terms are necessary and how such changes will be implemented. Where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a revision constitutes a material or significant change to these Terms and Conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to provide users with advance notice before such changes become effective. Such notice may be provided through announcements posted on the Platform, account notifications, email communications, website banners, or other communication methods considered appropriate by the Platform. In general, we may aim to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the effective date of major revisions whenever reasonably practicable, although this timeframe may vary depending on the nature, urgency, or legal necessity of the changes involved. You understand and agree that the determination of what qualifies as a “material,” “significant,” or “substantial” change shall be made solely and exclusively by Gold Coast Capital. Certain updates, including administrative corrections, formatting changes, clarifications, security updates, legal compliance adjustments, or minor operational modifications, may take effect immediately without prior notice where permitted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates, revisions, or modifications. Continued access to, browsing of, registration on, or use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective shall constitute your full acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of those updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and terminate your access to the services provided. Your continued use of the Platform following the implementation of updated Terms shall be considered legally binding acceptance of the revised agreement in its entirety. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Gold Coast Capital may modify these Terms from time to time and that it is your responsibility to remain informed of the most current version governing your use of the Platform and its services.
